Every customer who is a consumer or an entrepreneur with consumer rights has the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days from receiving the product – without giving any reason.
The right of withdrawal also applies to slightly used products, provided they do not show signs of permanent wear and are complete.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must fill out the return form and send it by e-mail or together with the returned product to the following address:

The refund will be made no later than 14 days from the receipt of the returned product or confirmation of its dispatch.
The refund will be made using the same payment method that was used for the purchase.

Exchanges
It is possible to exchange products for other items available in the store – please contact us by e-mail or via the return form to arrange the details.
Both new and slightly used products are eligible for exchange (in accordance with the return conditions).
Complaints
Complaints regarding non-compliance of the goods with the contract, damage, defects, or other issues can be submitted using the complaint form, by e-mail, or in writing to the company’s address.
We will review complaints within 14 days of receiving the notification.
If the complaint is deemed justified, we will repair the product, exchange it for a new one, or refund the purchase price – according to the customer’s request.
All costs of complaint and return shipments are covered by the store.
Products are covered by a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty (unless a different warranty period is indicated on the product page).
